It was Labor Day Weekend; we and another family rented a cottage in Clayton, New York, in the Thousand Islands region of the Saint Lawrence Seaway. This is myself, Jeff, Matt, Mark, and my sister Sue on the bow of our boat, there for the ride.
This is Bohdt Castle in the same Thousand Islands region. It was built on one of those thousand islands, a mansion for the Bodht family. They died before construction was completed; now it is tourist spot, restored interior and all.
