Puerta Vallarta (August 1986)

On the west coast of Mexico, we stopped in Puerta Vallarta. It is a resort town and we stayed right on the beach that you see here. Each day, by late evening you would see these clouds, then it would rain at night, but it would be sunny all the next morning and day. That was what they called their rainy season.

Moving away from the coast of Puerta Vallarta and up a little ways into the mountains, we stopped at this little restaurant/bar for lunch.

At the same Puerta Vallarta location from the picture above, we then slid down this rocky waterfall, cooling down from the heat, and just having fun. This is me. (You'll notice that the picture is cut up a little from another photo overlapping it; that is because the other photo is permanently stuck on top of this one, courtesy of magnetic photo pages.)
