Lobot

During the Rebellion, Lobot served under Lando Calrissian in helping run Bespin's Cloud City. However, when Luke Skywalker and his friends tried to hide out there, the Empire was waiting, co-opting the once relatively Empire-free world. Darth Vader changed all of that. Calrissian's friendship with the rebel Han Solo only made matters worse. After Vader left, a contingent of Imperials remained behind, and Calrissian defected to the Rebellion. That left Lobot in charge.

What Lobot's motives are now are unclear, but since Skywalker, as the new Emperor, publicly executed Calrissian, Lobot probably is no friend of the Empire. When Fabius Kane and Papa Beedo came to his city chasing the serial killer, The Eviscerator, and IL-1D20 Mark 2, Lobot met with Mark 1, who had been trying to access the city's computer banks. The two had a secret meeting alone. What was said was unclear, but afterwards, Mark 1 never rejoined Kane and Beedo, instead stealing Kane's ship and leaving with his Battle Droids.

Lobot never interfered with Kane or Beedo, instead leaving them to deal with Mark 2, the Eviscerator, and the Imperials they ran into on their own.
