The Banshee's Kiss

The ship of the smugglers Fabius Kane and Donovan, The Banshee's Kiss was a modified Ghtroc Industries Class 720 Freighter. The two converted its substantial cargo space into a smaller hold, with several other hidden compartments. Over the years, they also added several improvements, from improved lightspeed capabilities to increased weaponry.

A reliable ship at all times, Kane and Donovan saw the Kiss as everything that they had always wanted. They ultimately were joined by Alexander and Arahk, who piloted an ex-Rebellion Y-Wing, still called Green 1. With Alexander's death, the Y-Wing was often attached to the external locks of the Kiss and carried behind them.

Both vehicles were destroyed in a mysterious explosion on Corellia: loud victims, while Kane and Donovan watched in mute horror. Later, Kane learned that the droid MD-1102 had planted the explosives as a distraction to free his master, D'urrou, from prison. Needless to say, Kane relished the moment when his blaster fire ripped through and fried MD-1102 on Bespin.
