Luke
Skywalker (Darth Sentyne)
News
broke quickly. The old Emperor was
dead. A new Emperor was in place. Darth Vader, Lord of the Sith,
symbol of the New Order, was dead. In his place, his son. Both
people were the same: Emperor and Lord of the Sith. Watching the
destruction of the Rebel fleet was too much for the young Jedi
Knight. His anger took hold as his friends died and he lashed
out at Vader, defeating him, cutting off his arm, and in the moment
of decision, striking him dead. Emperor Palpatine followed shortly
thereafter. Skywalker instantly appointed himself Darth Sentyne
and consolidated all power under himself. The Imperial Guard took
to him and the coup was over.
Within
days, he used the Death Star to destroy Endor, making sure any
rebels there were dead along with their Ewok allies. He publicly
executed several remaining leaders of the Alliance, and then moved
to Sullust and destroyed the planet which had been the staging
point for this last attack against the Empire.
Skywalker
quickly changed the Empire's anti-alien attitude, hiring several
aliens to prominent positions: preferring simply to have the service
of those whom were the best at what they did. Darth Sentine was
presumed to have entered the Bespin system recently, when the
Executor—the
former Super Star Destroyer of Lord Vader—was sighted there.
